New Recruit Tendencies

I apologize beforehand if this has already been discussed --- but I haven't seen anything by skimming the forums.

I've noticed new recruits' tendencies don't seem to be matching their skill sets. Seemingly, it appears (correct me if I'm wrong), tendencies are generated at random... Of course, I could go through all the players and adjust their attributes so they match their tendency. But that's not a perfect fix for a few reasons:
since you can't edit height or weight, you end up with way too many 6'5" QBs with scrambling ability; when you're editing the particular play, it doesn't show you what his overall rating is (you're forced to exit out, see what the new rating is, find him, make adjustments, repeat, etc.); it's very time consuming. There has to be an easier way.

Has their been any discussion regarding a possible patch, which may fix this issue...? Or has anyone discovered a worthwhile workaround, maybe?
