Can you get offered a job while under contract?

I now realise this does happen. The problem I was having: Instead of manually going through each position in the carousel I was " simming to next offer" which didnt always offer me anything.

When I went through manually I was getting multiple offers. After 2 years as OC at SMU, 1 at Stanford, 1 as head coach at Iowa state I am now Head coach at Colorado.

I have to say I do love this feature. It does seem fairly realistic too. I've still not had any offers from any dream jobs yet despite being an A+ Coach.

How much does your coaching style affect offers? For example if I run the spread am i less likely to be offered a job at a Pro Style team? Think I read somewhere that this was the case?
