Can you pick head coach offensive philosophy in dynasty mode?

The playbooks get labeled by the offensive philosphy, but can you change a head coaches offensive philosphy i.e. one back, spread, multiple etc. ????

Reason I ask is that I'm playing a different team's playbook for every game and i use 'ask coach'. the 3 chosen plays regardless of playbook philosphy are always the same plays.
