Vertical Routes too easy?

Depends, sometimes I see wide open WRS, or WRs that come back to the bomb and its money. Other times I see CBs make the craziest over the shoulder catches when my bigger, stronger WR just sits there and doesnt go after the ball.

I'd say my success rate is probably 50% with them, although i do have the CPU pass defense bumped up a couple notches. If it's in the game, it's in the game. I especially like using them after i feel cheated by a MLB knockdown or a scramble where my qb gets so tired instantly he literally FREEZES at the line of scrimmage. Gotta love an equalizer.

I took all of the 4 verticals, etc out of my playbook.

The cpu plays some form of cover 2 90%+ of the time with the safties playing a tight zone. They already have a strange delay in turning and running with receivers then you put two or more on their side and they are toast. The cpu doesn't even back them up or switch to a different type of zone. I really hope EA can tune/patch this to keep every freaking team from playing the same defensively. Mostly cover 2 with at times an obvious blitz with press coverage. Plus an over reliance on the most poorly designed and terribly disguised double slot cornerback blitz.

We are just hoping they fix this in the patch they are realising.
Specially the S plaing deep in cover2 zone. They just get the WR past them.

This happens on every level and slider.

Another thing i´m hoping EA to fix via patch. How sliders range is so small that you can play Qb acc at 0 and still complete all passes in target.
No overthrows.

If you're quick enough, you can scan all 4 receivers and one of them is bound to be wide open. Especially in man.

The DB's have the hipturn of an 85 year old lady.
