I seen a 2 star FB that had 32 offers.

Yeah, During offseason recruiting, there are 120 teams going after the prospects that are still uncommitted or new.
I have seen a DT get around 45

this **** QB had 29 offers thats the most i seen so far

and this *** C had 17 offers by week 3 lol
