I'm having fun learning different positions playing RTG, but with the tendancy bug plaguing dynasty, is it worth starting one yet?

Yes. Don't worry about things that might not affect your game. I've never had a single bug problem. I've had about 5 dynasties so far, ranging from 2 years to 8.

No. Wait for the patch at least. And they aren't touching coach progression with this patch, so if you only plan on doing one dynasty, you might want to wait to see if they adjust it with a tuner or another patch.
