Re: Watched a lot of football last night, NEVER saw..
its the ratings and the philosophy of what makes passing hard in football.
IMO passing is hard in real football because of the threat of the DL. Obviously the talent level of your WR and QB is a huge factor but IMO without a great pass rush i think a passing offense will rack up yds
EA it seems has the logic of great coverage makes the passing game difficult...and they add a great rush just to make sure.....
why i say this, look at the DB ratings, on any big school, lets use michigan, i cant remember the exact numbers but all the DB's have over a 75 play recognition. and the starters have over 85... they are all revis/ed reed/sharper types DB's in coverage and all the LB are ray lewis...
every defender in this game is over rated even the good ones and i am not talking OVR. they have an awareness on the field rating its called play recognition IMO.
i am not sliders guy i edit but my solution would be sliders with high pass rush with low coverage
