Has this at all been discussed/acknowledged from official sources at EA ? I just rewatched a video on the coaching carousel and it´s comical when they go "uhm, aparently this school has an A+ school" (it was Nevada) or "it looks they have a lot of good candidates" (NC State having only A rated aplicants) and all i could think was : Seriously, you don´t find that weird ?

Nevada's coach is in the HOF.

It has been discussed in great length... I do not know though if EA plans to do anything about it though,

For all who are interested, the OS Community Rosters drastically lowered coaching prestige on their roster set. They'll still progress fast but you'll see a lot less high rated coaches.

Thats really not much help. but appreciated. Just lowering initial ratings only means it will be 4 or 5 seasons instead of 2 or 3 before half of them are A+ coaches

EA addressed this and said it would be fixed as part of the tuner pack. Whether it actually will be is another question.
