Custom Playbooks causing wierd errors?

Has anyone else seen this? Every time I use a custom playbook...as far back as last week...in online dynasty play I get weird errors. First, the play screens all come up blank...so you have no idea what plays you have to pick from. Secondly, every now and then the entire offense will move up to the line of scrimmage as a big huddle or blob of people and just mill about (instead of forming the offensive line). They do this for a couple of seconds until they get a false start penalty, or you call a timeout. Anyone else had these issues? I assume it has to do with all the other problems and may be fixed in the upcoming patch...but it was really odd. I've played with those custom playbooks before and they were fine, and the game play is fine when you don't use the custom playbooks now. I'm on a PS3.
