I called EA just now...they took care of me, and I was satisfied. Said that I had trouble playing the game due to custom playbook, hurry up, and OD issues...they sent me a sealed copy to return....

I guess I'll keep the game itself, and if they patch it again, try again, but I won't count on it.

Not sure why you're having an issue here. I've been receiving plenty of emails and just ran a test myself. Don't try hitting it as a link. [email protected] is up and running fine.

i would sincerely like to apologize to Dewiel immediately.

It was my mistake. I had put a period sign by mistake at the end of the e-mail address.

Once again i am sorry about that. I tried e-mailing it twice trhough my phone and then throough my laptop..just now i checked the recepient's address and it had a period at the end which was not supposed to be there.
