Meaning, is there any way I can continue to edit coaches ratings down throughout my dynasty, or will I be stuck with the myriad of A and B coaches down the road and their players progressing too quickly?

I thought coach progression was fixed in the patch?

not the patch but the tuner file.

it didn´t work well?
