Check this out. I have 2 Senior QB's both rated 90. One is an option all world QB and the other is a pocket passer. I didn't want to loose both of them so I chose to RS the pocket passer and use him next season. So I go through and slap the RS on him and begin my season. Now at the coin toss, guess who I see? I see my RS QB at midfield calling the coin toss.

Go figure
