How to Make my TB Team Rivals with Hawaii?

How do I make my TB team rivals with Hawaii? It seems that UH's primary rival is Fresno, but Fresno's primary rival is Boise State. Should I switch UH and my TB team with ULL and ULM or something? Or is there an easier way to do it?

Have you tried putting your TB team IN Hawaii? I can understand how you wouldn't want to do that possibly, but I dont' know of any way to rig rivals for TB teams.

I made a team from Arizona and their primary rival was Troy for some reason.

Whatever team you replace with your TB team it will assume their rivals. From my understanding the only way to create a new rival is to schedule them (non-conference foes) every year for (x) amount of years.

They are in Hawaii. The problem is, whatever team you replace your team with, it takes that team's primary rival. No teams have Hawaii as their primary rival.

I would be very interested in knowing if you can "create" rivals by scheduling them a certain amount of years.

If this is so then I have definitely missed it. I highly doubt it is in there.
I have ran several sim dynasties and still in year 2040 and beyond teams like North Texas are not rivals with other Sun Belt teams they play yearly, KU still only has MU and KSU as rivals, MU has not played Nebraska in 20 years and they are still rivals, etc.

This is incorrect, you cannot create new rivals. You are stuck with the primary rival of the team you replace.

That's my problem. 0 teams have Hawaii set as their primary rival. I might do a few switches in a row and replace Hawaii and UWFH (My team builder team) with
ULL and ULM and then move them back to the WAC.
