Help with setting coaching scheme

Simple but stupid question-

As a coach when u go to set your

run/pass
Aggressive/conservative
Etc

The sliders start at 50/50

I'm confused which direction to put it for what.. Say I want to run 70% running plays... Does run/pass go 70/30 or 30/70? It's confusing bx when u move toward run, the Meter fills toward pass! I'm so confused n I swear I'm not an idiot lol

The numbers correlate with the two options. 70/30 is 70% aggressive, 70/30 is 70% of plays will be geared towards the run etc.

So aggressive is on the left of 50. So I move the slider toward aggressive? So it will be 30 toward aggressive? See what I mean- it's like inverted.

My bad, I described it poorly.

The scale is designed like this

AGGRESSIVE-------------CONSERVATIVE
<0-10-20-30-40-50-60-70-80-90-100>

The lower the number, the more it is swayed towards the option on the left. Inversely, the higher the number, the more it is swayed towards the option on the right.


So it may say 10 for Aggressive which doesn't mean 10% aggressive, it means 90% aggressive or 90% to the option on the left.

The number itself is misleading. Whichever direction you move it, it will favor that option.

I was confused by this too. So I just copied the sliders for other coaches similar to what I wanted for mine.
