How do I get an onside kick back?

I have one last college classic to beat, the 46-45 game... I keep falling short, I just need one more possession. I have never gotten an onside kick back in a game. I have practiced and even during the practice I can only get 1 of 50 or so kicks back. I don't want to cheat and turn off the penalties. Can someone tell me a relatively sucessful way to get it back?

this is not cheating, and it works even better than cheating. set up in a normal kickoff formation, dont audible to the onside formation. all you have to do is aim the ball to almost as low as the arrow will go and point it to the right or left side (depending on which foot your kicker uses). on the meter, you want to first hit X when the line is a little shy of the middle of the blue section. then when the line comes toward the end of the yellow bar at the bottom, you want to hit X again, making it just barely short of the black area. hope this helps.
