Depends,I really like the idea of an AD mode but we all know how EA likes to screw us and only put half effort into their new features.

My vision of an AD mode would be
- Hiring/firing coaches
- Stadium improvements/rebuilding stadium
- Creating or editing uniforms
- Incorporate the conference changes into it with like conference contracts
- Schedule editing
- Budget control so you can't rebuild a new stadium every year

I voted for the minigames,etc.,etc. Those can help my recruits get better. however knowing EA it will be just a mini games under the play now section replacing the "why is it there" mascot game. Custom playbook(or play creator) would have been the second choice. Heck, add all of them as DLC pack.( gameplay however better improve.)

option execution
QB gameplay- they need to learn to take the open 5 yd pass etc...
RB needs to use more moves aggressively to get more yds..

etc etc

Custom sliders will fix the RB issue. I know in my dynasty it did, and the CPU RB uses all of its moves.

This is definitely what I think of when i think of AD mode. I just want to be able to edit/change the jerseys of my school. Schools change there jerseys a lot. It makes rebuilding a lot more fun too because you get to add more seats as you get better. The better you are the more people want to come see. I was close to picking the mini-game option. I kinda want those back like the option attack mini game
