I don't really want to spend like 8 hours putting some of the top players' names in for all the teams. Are there any downloadable files online thorough the PS2 online network where I can download a rename file? Thanks.

You have to use an X-Port to download the rosters; you can't download them using the online mode of the game. Get an X-Port and download them from the rosters and downloads forum here.
