As others stated, USA misinformed EA. From what I've gathered, they were telling EA they may not move up. thus, EA did not put them in.

FYI - when recruiting online I rarely even check the new site anymore because it's been so screwed up, but I punched up my recruiting board (and it was all wrong of course) and it had one of my players just committing to UTSA.

My thought has been that the new online recruiting boards have gone haywire since they started getting deeper into NCAA13 - which might explain why there was suddenly a reference to UTSA. I mean, there is NO reason for that to pop up in any NCAA 12-related. They aren't in the game!

There is no excuse for leaving out South Alabama. Because FCS to FBS transitions must spend one last year in FCS before they move up, South Alabama announced their move prior to last season. Which means they should be in NCAA13, because you don't need more than a month to make the uniforms and stadium for them.
