I remember last year you could see every players overall and everything on Teambuilder before anywhere else and before the game was out. Does anyone know when that might happen or when it happened last year?

It happens when teambuilder is released. It was released really late last year, only a few weeks before the game. A lot of people complained (me being 1 of them) about it being released so late. Maybe it will be released earlier this year but dont expect anything before like the 24th of June or something like that.
