I'd like to say it's the Defensive Read-and-React AI adjustments... but I've yet to hear if it applies to anything other than players looking at the ball before reacting to it.
As far as gameplay goes, there's little that would revolutionize the way the game plays on the field like an across-the-board implementation of Read and React defensive AI for all defenders.
