Old School Equipment please put it back in the game EA

But there is only 4 current equipment they have in the game (REVO Speed helmet and ONLY 3 facemask), you can't expect classic stuff if they can't even add the current gear.

don't you just like when guys get offended or butt hurt for no reason....

We aren't asking EA to remove current gear that is already in the game. We aren't asking EA to not add disregard additional up to date uniforms and gear.

I just felt like with the Heisman players being included this year they should have added some of the old school gear that was actually removed from in the game a few years ago and i'm with you i lose all interest in the game after the real college season is over and spend most of my time only playing with Classic teams and Players.

Just curious as to why Madden 13 was able to pull this off for the coming year and NCAA 13 didn't consider it especially with the old school players like Archie Griffin and Herschel Walker being represented in the game.

And right back to my original statement, the equipment that is in now is completely outdated (from 09) expect for the Air XP, Revo Speed and a couple facemask. Madden Dev Team updates their stuff every season.

So given the fact that the equipment is 3 years old with no updates, why would you think/want them to add classic stuff?

I agree with you man. I'll tell you what. If we can edit players in madden 13. I think I'm going to make rosters for the 1983 season. With equipment and everything. And play from there. If you'd like to join ill be happy to incite you. And we can play from 1983 on.

I know it'd take me awhile to edit all that. But for me it's be completely worth it now that players will actually look like they did back in the day.

How is stuff from 09 outdated? Players still wear normal helmets. Still wear revolution helmets.

I actually HATE revo speed helmets. I change them whenever I see them.

I think EA has put Madden 13 on Lockdown this year man....

From what i'm reading it's going to be hard to create/edit those players you'll need in the game.

That's why NCAA 13 will most likely be my #1 football game this year.

On a side note i sometimes venture over to the APF 2K8 forums and i must say I'm highly impressed with the way those guys over there put together tons of old school teams by year and even by season mode.

You can pretty much down load just about any classic team you want in that game with the work those guys do.
