That's a good one, too. I like Empty Stick out of the 5-Wide. If that slant over the middle isn't open, usually the TE sitting four yards out is, and can run for another 5 or 6.

yea but my reciever can never out run the conerback and when he does the safety gets over

Slants...or Verticals throwing to one of the inside recievers, but that feels cheap. I love my Slants.

4 receivers, 1 back. Back stays in to block trips to the field side. Backside receiver does a slant, front side wide out does a seam, middle guy does a 5yrd out inside guy does a 3yrd hitch.

NCAA 12, I'd run a slant. NCAA 13, I'd run a corner route.

Single up my tallest WR and see if I got single coverage for a jump ball. Or I would run double tight twins SLANTS play where the twin WRs run slants over the TE running a rail behind them.
