For people who buy the game early
Will we be able to buy the game that's on our HDD and since it is already downloaded? I have never done early play before.

Nope. The downloaded release expires sometime Tuesday and won't work again after that. Then we have to purchase the retail version if we choose. Can't buy it from the marketplace/PSN
