I was wondering if the big teams were finding all the gems and avoiding the busts ?

For instance I was watching a video on GTG and there was a 2 star with his top schools of georgia tech, miami and tennesse, turns out he was a 71 ovr after scouted.

Again 3* ath after scouting over 75 top 3 of usc,washington and stanford.

Was hoping those who have played some dynasty already could shed some light on this and give some more examples thanks
