Is there a way to ensure you never get fired on offline dynasty?

Plan on playing many seasons in dynasty, would hate to be fired and have to quit

Yes, you can turn off contracts

If you use coaches contracts you can also create your coach again if you get fired and take over the team again.

If you don't use coaches contracts you can also create a coach if after say 5 years you want to continue the dynasty but take over a new team and then edit your former coach back to cpu control, but no other coaches change teams.

I miss how it used to be pre-coaches carousel where you could get promotions without the carousel system. I recruit the players and then watch cpu vs cpu games on 8 min quarters with my team because I run my own company and it's fun background noise.

The problem is, since it's cpu vs. cpu I'm not really in control of the objectives in carousel being met.

This kind of has me stuck because if I use carousel it's doubtful that the cpu will fulfill all of the requirements. On the other hand if I turn carousel off I'm stuck with one team and not rewarded for picking up the players that I recruited.

I wish they'd put a coaching promotion/firing system without the carousel in just based off win/loss etc. not 32,000 goals that the cpu doesn't even try to gun for.
