Asked EA Help. Sounds like there are a few of us with this problem. Their answer:
Aryan: I apologize for the inconvenience, we are aware of this issue as this is temporary issue and our engineers are already working on it.
Aryan: I appreciate your patience while this is being investigated and rest be assured that this will be fixed soon.

So hopefully its fixed by tomorrow.

Got this tweet earlier today. Maybe there are issues in preparation for the maintenance.

"FYI- The servers and nucleus will be down from 1-4am ET tonight for maintenance."
