Yes there are. Just hit square after your select the number of minutes you want to call them for (on the PS3 anyways).

X = Xbox 360

I did not know that. They usually had a selection to do a quick call. Wonder why it was changed.

I wonder why they took out the offer option when quick calling?

It's buggingme that they did Ive never really been into spending hours recruiting I usually just set up the board and pick a few ill do myself.
