Starting RB wont go into the game

I joined an online dynasty with Oklahoa State and their starting running back is Joseph Randal first game everything was normal.But then the next couple games even though he's first on the depth chart and no injury he wasnt in the game, i tried everything to get him in the game but nothing worked. Why?

I've noticed this when I play a game in Play Now. I run with UT and I've noticed after a certain amount of time (usually after the first half), from what I've noticed, Malcolm Brown will disappear from the game. He never returns either.
