Initial sales of NCAA13 DOWN 12%.

I'm almost 100 percent positive that the majority of the gaming industry is down. We have this crazy little problem in the States right now, with recovering from a near Great Depression-esque recession.

Nevermind, it's because the community at OS has convinced they plebs of the sports gaming world that NCAA 13 isn't worth their hard earned allowance money.

The economy as a whole is healthier this year than it was last year, coupled with the fact that we're not dealing with a threatened government shutdown over trivial bill measures. If the gaming industry was down 20% from 2009, that'd be one thing. But, being down 20% from last year is something completely different, and is a pretty bad sign.

NCAA being down 12% could be taken either way. I'm actually enjoying the game, but get caught being frustrated at the simple mistakes this game has, such as OL logic and DB brainfarts in late game situations. Hopefully the patch later this month shores up the game a bit, and is something I actually keep until the next NCAA, unlike last year's copy.
