1. Have 5 Ratings... Offense, Defense, Special Teams, Recruiter, Motivator

2. Have in game situation where a QB or RB or WR is hurt (only a minor injury) or pissed and you have to try and keep him in the game.

3. Have Coaching Carousel make sense with teams who are defensive or offensive only picking up highly rated areas in that category.

4. Makes coaching mean more than it does, have games rest on the coaches shoulders sometimes.

5. Have retired coaches come back and help their alma matter if they are struggling.

Coaches should have a HUGE impact on player development and coaching contracts also need to be completely overhauled. Adjusting those two things would greatly improve CC.
Coach mode sadly will never get any attention because its not very popular with casuals.

Yeah man this is too niche to really be taken seriously. I doubt EA would do anything to improve Coach Mode. Even one new feature for it would blow me away really. But hey, maybe one day all of these things will come true when the licence expires with EA

This is not for Coach Mode, this can be a part of the regular modes as well.
