3. Recruit each player and edit ratings the following season to reflect each recruits attributes.

If the OVR and star rating is different from an actual player will his progression also be different?

I put the recruiting difficulty on the most easy setting. I created my top four prospects. The CPU gave my best recruit to another team. The other three I landed. For the rest I recruited players who had the same playing style and star rating. I tried as best I could to match OVR, height, weight and home state. I did have to do some editing after the recruiting season ended. I simulated the 2012 season. I am now playing the 2013 season and am back to standard recruiting. I am trying to recruit another realistic class and so am using the strategies discussed on the other recruiting thread I started.
