How would you rate NCAA 13 offline (online isn't an option) without the patches?

I'm thinking about getting NCAA 13 (i decided on ncaa 13 over madden 13)but I can't connect to the Internet due to my limited Internet plan (there's no option to upgrade to unlimited data either since my Internet is wireless, so a modem /Ethernet cable (or whatever it is) isn't an option either) which means I can't play online or get the patches. How good of a game is NCAA 13 on the ps3 out of the box offline and no patches (I only have NCAA 12 ps3)? Also, if NCAA 13 ps3 isn't a good game,please refer me to some other NCAA football ps3 editions. Sorry if theres a thread on this (I hav a specific situation and I need to know in time for Christmas). On a scale from 1 to 10 with 1 being the worst and 10 th best, what would you rate it?
