To sum this thread up for you. Never pick Notre Dame. Ohio State and TSUN need some work in skill positions. So, your choice should be Oregon.

Hahahahahahahaha...... I love it... no one mentions each others' team! True fans... Oregon? a gold mine, yes but I was trying to go traditional with potential speed demons everywhere. Y'all are hilarious

If you want speed, roll with Oregon lol. Oregon has ridiculous speed.

Notre Dame has a trio of speedy backs, a senior, junior, and Sophmore.

Another team that's often overlooked and is loaded with speed is Florida State.

Here's some more worth taking a look at:
Oklahoma - 2 Freshman WR's in the 90's
South Carolina - 1 FR WR, 1 FR HB, 2 SO WR's all in the 90's speed
Tennessee - 3 HB's, 4 WR's in the 90's for speed
Texas - ridiculous speed everywhere!
Texas A&M - lots of young speed across the board
Miami - lots of young speed at skill positions. 3 FR WR's!
Michigan State - 1 FR WR, 2 SO WR's, 1 FR HB, 2 FR CB's, and no good QB's

Florida State is pretty stacked with young talent.

Shibito you are correct... I was looking for an OC spot to stay and for a while. Have a speed demon at qb and rest of skill positions... FSU is good.. Florida may be the play also... Driskel and Brissett aren't slow
