98 total yards per game.... that is ricdiculous. What level are you playing on? I don't know how it can be fun to play when you are dominating in that fashion.
i just started playing again and i think i was on the 2nd highest level. its not that hard to be that good on defense. it doesn't help that i've recruited the top defensive players the last 2 years. my DL are all 85+ my LBs are all 80+ my DBs are all 80+ with maybe 1 75 or so but he's a freshmen and never really plays. my offense has 4 main players the QB who is up to a 88 after 1 year started out a 84 had the best season ever. i have 2 WRs one a sophomore who is a 91 and one a freshmen who is a 81. my Soph. is hurt for the season so my receivers are hurting. its easy to have a great defense if you pick your plays right. if there are 3 WRs i go with a Dime defense. if there are 2 WRs i go with a nickel defense. pick your plays right and control the right player. i find it fun because i've been with the team going on my 4th year now and i recruited everyone that plays and i pretty much created the team i have. its nice watching players you picked get better. i beat USC who was ranked #4 24-3. mainly because of my defense. 6 sacks 2 INTs and 1 fumble. all my points came off of turnovers. |
