Does it not work for PS3 users as well?

I downloaded it earlier tonight on PS3 without any problems and I live in Canada. I couldn't find the game in the Ps store so I used this link:https://help.ea.com/article/when-wil...s-be-available

Then, where it has the update I clicked 'here' and just downloaded the game from my computer.. not sure if this is why it worked for me but it did
