I always start my dynasty as a one star and treat my alma mater as my dream job, never leaving once the job offered to me.

Stick with em. Start a dynasty, and build the program, build some in-state rivalries. You got Memphis, Vandy and Tennessee.

This. I am the same way. I can use other teams in exhibition, online, etc. But dynasty is a no-switch South Florida dynasty...unless I get fired. That's never happened though.

Just use a better team if the other chooses a good team online. It's not like your committing a crime. If it was a Michigan fan choosing Ohio State for online play then that would be a different story.

I always have two main dynasties for my two alma maters (Michigan and Purdue), but I also do a build 'em up dynasty. I take a 1 or 2 star school from a non-BCS conference in an attempt to move up to a higher conference (I manually move myself into a better conference when I think I've earned the right) and mainly just bring the football program to a respectable level, or occasionally even a powerhouse.
