I'm with you. I'd like to see this change. When on defense, your team automatically lines up in the previous formation with the previous play. If you want to change the play you call an audible. This way you wouldn't have the big delay while you wait for the play call screen to pop up. I swear it takes 2-3 seconds for the play selection screen to even pop up. It might not seem like much but when the offense is in hurry up every second counts.

Any spread team runs no huddle all the time. Counter it by getting tackles for a loss, that stops them from no huddling. If you keep them from gaining many yards they slow down also.
