I actually bought her 'Football for Dummies' when we were still dating. She still hasn't read it. If I were to buy it now, I'd be in trouble for implying she was a dummy. Ah, the married life.

Back on topic, I told her I have come to you guys for help with the explanations, and she said she will check out the forums for advice when she needs it. So that's another start. Getting her to play, and read OS. She also wants to read up on some of the teams before picking one, but I think she will probably go with a Teambuilder version of a CFL team, since she knows those fairly well.

See? There is hope for us ladies. My hubby and I have been playing Madden and NCAA for ages now. We each even have our own systems so we can play as much as we like.

My wife plays and is pretty good... She can beat alot of ppl the only reason she doesnt play online alot is she gets upset when ppl use glitch plays... but she is 8-5 in ranked games she wont join OD cause she is afraid she wil run into cheesers but I told her they get kicked pretty fast... But I didnt have to teach my wife she was playing Madden years before I met her and the 1st game we played she actually beat me.... (she hasnt beat me since then)

But I said all that to say if your wife wants to play as someone said Mike skills trainer is good... I have tried to show ppl and if she hasnt played many games and has to look at the controller she will have issues keepign up with the speed of the game... Have her start playing on freshman then move to varsity until she can get to AA
