I'm going to try the split sliders you guys are working on but I feel like heisman is so much better balanced than past seasons. Every year when the "play on varsity" movement kicks up I've felt disappointed in the challenge.

Yea the read option D is tough especially on Heisman but it can be done. When i think it's coming i usually call a zone blitz that has 2 blitzers coming from the same side. A good portion of the the time the second blitzer will take the QB while the first blitzer and DE take the RB. The times that everyone goes for the RB i manually fill the backside with the safety who's usually in a hook zone anyway. In obvious passing situations i bring my zone blitzes from the right since i think by now we all have noticed that the CPU QB will almost always take off to the right when scrambling. This sometimes forces quick throws - make tackle-get off field, or sack due to the QB being surrounded. Just a couple of tidbits. Hope it helps.

The split sliders are a boosted varsity for Defense, to prevent the DB glitch.

CPU defense is Varsity - so we play offense against the Varsity level.

CPU Offense is Heisman - so we play defense against the Heisman level.

Lose credibility? LOL I didn't realize when i purchased my game that i was suppose to impress YOU or gain your cyber respect. Furthermore when i'm on defense i haven't experienced the DB glitch. Maybe because i user my FS about 70% of the time. If your talking about the CPU coverage i haven't experienced much of that either except for a few 3rd and less than 4 situations where they seem to play aggressive zone coverage. But i don;t call alot of 4 verts or streak routes up the seam. I barely hot route, motion, etc on offense. No audibling down, or creating nanos. I play the game straight up even though i'm playing the CPU. Yeah i could rape the game if i wanted but not ALL people who play on Heisman and WIN are people who exploit the game. Know what you're talking about first and foremost.
