When your redshirting players in dynasty if you all the way to the right, there's an importance rating? What does this actually do/mean? My 3rd string QB has a 87 importance rating and my starter has a 70.

If I recall correctly, in the old Maddens it used to mean how much it would effect your teams overall rating if that player wasn't on your team. For example if you have a 99 ovr QB and a 95 ovr QB the 99 will not have very high importance. If you have a 99 ovr QB and a 70 ovr QB the 99 will have really high importance. Not exactly sure how it works for backups though..
