I figured out the problem with defense.

Like I told the other guy adjust the sliders to your liking.
Just go to practice mode and try it.
Put the CPU offense in a comeback route and switch back and forth your cb to a good one and then put in a QB or any not skilled player and see the diffenece

All u will have to lower is your tackling and rush defense.
And then raise there run blocking and pass blocking.

I have been messing around with sliders. However I am still having a problem with QB throwing High percentages. Most of those are short throws or a nice 10 yard gain.
