I just want to get an opinion of how the OS community handles recruiting as a coordinator so feel free to vote in the pole and explain your opinion.

I am personally undecided as I kinda think its unrealistic for a OC to be handling all recruiting but sometimes the head coach does not accurately satisfy team needs. But with the inclusion of the coach tree I am kinda leaning towards letting the cpu do it so that my head coach coach tree actually matters

I recruit for both sides of the ball. I take on responsibility as being the teams lead recruiter.

Same here, I want to know who I am going after and that the cpu isn't going after guys I don't need or want. So I handle everything.
