I think Kurt Warner would be good. Any others can think of any others? I'll get one off your plate Ray Lewis

Say what you want, but he's already coaching and will probably end up at Southern Miss sooner or later; Brett Favre. I think he would be a solid OC just about anywhere and a solid head coach for a decent program like Southern Miss.

It's going to be some obscure backup guy. I've found that better players don't necessarily mean better coaches. Chris Redman came to mind. I think he's retired.

I'd hire Cris Carter as a WR coach in a heartbeat. He was obviously talented but he had a skillset that almost anybody could have if they put in the time and reps.

Tough question, there are so many retired guys that it's hard to comb the list. Glad I'm not an AD making these hires....
