not sure if this is right location. (gameface related)

I'm not sure if this goes here or not, but I made a game face a while back just doing the sliders. Used it on Tiger Woods, worked great.
Started a RTG and had the option to upload a gameface so I thought, if I'm Gunna do it, I'm Gunna use my real face.

So I went back to the game face website, went to edit game face, chose to upload my pics (front and side) and do all the fitting and the crosspoint things. Well on the last one, after I moved the pointers around my nose and chin and stuff I push next. It just freezes. I read somewhere that it can take up to 10 minutes before it generates. Well after almost 30 of nothing I scroll to the bottom and see that I haven't even changed my skin tone or went to the generation step!

Is this common with game face? As in like not successful, or anybody have any suggestions?
