Any tips stopping the option versus a user?

I feel like ive tried every type of defense, every type of aggressive, conservative combination and no matter what I do I am always at the offenses mercy. If I change to aggressive and stop them they will run hurry up offense and hand it off to the HB for 10+ yards.

Can anyone give me any tips plays or anything to help me stop the option, also are their any plays that stop or contain it with out hot routing all of my defenders because sometimes its tough to do them all before my opponent snaps the ball.
