Wuerrfel was on the NCAA '98 cover. Charles Woodson was on the cover of NCAA '99. I remember this vividly because It was the summer after my HS graduation and before I went off to Penn State, I got NCAA '99 (I had '98, that's what made me get '99) and that was the one with Woodson on it.
