However if you are talking about a middle of the road rebuild any team in the MWC not named BSU and maybe Fresno State.
I'm not picky about conference honestly. Just a middle of the road team who needs work. I like a spread offense if possible, with a scrambler qb if possible. But overall fun.

Illinois. Scheelhasse
Auburn. Nick Marshall
BYU. Taysom Hill
Cincy. Munchie Leagaux. Then Gunner Kiel.
Maryland. CJ Brown
NC State. Jacoby Brissett or Brandon Mitchell.

Re: Good rebuilding schools.

Currently an OC for Cal, and it has been a rough road.

In my first year we went 4-8, and we improved a little year 2 going 7-6. Currently in my offseason for year 2 and i managed to scoop up 8 4 star recruits, but in the end im still losing top end recruits to the likes of Stanford and USC.

All of this is great as in my last job i was a HC for Georgia and i had won the BCS Championship 3 out of the last 4 years. Needed a challenge and a change of pace and i certainly got it.

Now this is perfect for me. Ty, I'm intrigued by Cincinnati and nc state, would you mind telling me more about them?

Cincy is a good one simply cause I was huge on Gunner Kiel when he was coming out of high school. They're a middle of the road team that could easily be rebuilded. Leagaux is 90 speed(depends on roster) if you're looking for scrambler. I hardly see them in top 25 for my dynasties. They're just in a bad conference being the American.

NC State has talent. Solid conference. Especially if you add Louisville after season 1. Could definitely turn around NC State. Their starter is also mobile. Another middle of the road definitely worth rebuilding.

San Diego State.

Middle of the road team. 3 star school. Have good recruiting pitches and the California pipeline. Good RB tandem in Muema/Price.
