How many players are available during recruiting?

I ask this because I have always been curious to find out how some teams end up signing 6, 5 and some times 3 players.

Just this morning while simming BYU managed 1 recruit signing.

That's really odd given the fact that in real life BYU has 21 commits to their program. BYU commits I also checked their roster and they only had 39 returning players. So they had more than enough schollies available.

Which leads to my next question. Is there some built in logic that kicks in to where teams just stop recruiting players?

Any recruitniks / slider guys have an opinion on this??

this will happen if your program sucks,people won't want to go there.After you leave the signing page,you'll seethat the CPu is putting walkons for the teams who weren't able to recruit well or get many players.
