That's unfortunate. I mean, I don't even think the code logic is too difficult to get good GOTW's.

After the weekly rankings are made, all top 25 matchups (both teams rank is between 1 and 25) should be averaged and the lowest one should be game of the week. If there's no ranked-on-ranked matchup, look thru the rivalry list, then average the rankings, lowest is GOTW. If there's no rivalry matchup, then average all of the matchup ranks, lowest is GOTW (best possible would be #1 vs #26?).

I'm sure there's flaws to that logic but it would be a start I guess.

What's ND's prestisge in '14? Because it's a 6 in '13 which I believe is 2 stars too high. Their program is just so overrated in this game
