I think it depends mostly on how many friends the user has that play the game; I have a few friends I play a dynasty with so I have never played online. I'm with you; nothing beats dynasty mode.

If you've got a good group of guys to play with, who don't cheese, then it's makes online play so much more enjoyable.
I for one, can not stand playing a game against some random person. 90 % of the time they are some cheeser screaming obscenities in your ear.

I've owned both systems this is a very noticible difference.

3. Fewer graphic glitches. In the Xbox version, there are many instances where random footballs will fly across the screen, and other graphical oddities happen more often on the Xbox.

You know on the controller issue, if you play with the Controller-S long enough, you will get used to it. When I go back to my PS2, that controller feels funny to me. I feel like my hands are too big for it and that's clearly not the case. With that said, I prefer xbox. I think its analog sticks are placed better on the controller than the PS2 controller.

Because there has never been a game (football, basketball) made where the AI can regularly score wins against a human over a extended period of time. In other words, after 3 months of playing, I'm pretty much rolling through the regular season undefeated and that's with my Southern Miss Dynasties. You can only win so many back-to-back-to-back National Championships before that gets boring. The Human element of online keeps the gameplay fresh.
